2018 Bantam Selects TRYOUT Registration
Please read all the information below before signing up. NOTE: To play Selects, you must play house-league for the SMSA (or in one of our affiliated associations.) House-league registration closes March 31. If an athlete does not make the team and does not want to play house-league, refunds will be open to these athletes only until April 22.

Tryout Details
Each athlete will be assessed based on skills, technique, agility, endurance and coachability.

Eligible athletes born 2002-2003

What to bring:
- glove
- helmet
- bat
- water
- non-marking running shoes
- pants/sliders

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Earl of March SS - 4 The Parkway, Kanata
What could our 2018 season look like?
- 2 practices a week plus possible batting cage time
- 1-2 OSSTA tournaments + Provincials (dates TBD)
- Possible Exhibition games throughout the summer
I want to tryout, but I'd like to practice first...
The SMSA hosts Bantam/Midget Winterball (skills and drills) sessions on Thursday nights from 8-10pm at South Carleton SS in Richmond. Any athlete looking to try out, but would like to practice before hand is welcome to join us for FREE for the remaining sessions.
